WE BELIEVE THAT ALL HEALTH WORKS ON A CONTINUUM, WHEREBY POOR HEALTH AND GOOD HEALTH STAND AT OPPOSING ENDS. MOVING FROM ONE TO ANOTHER IS A MATTER OF TRAINING. MOST UNDERSTAND THIS CONCEPT WHEN IT COMES TO PHYSICAL HEALTH, RECOGNISING THAT BECOMING FITTER AND STRONGER ISN'T AN OVERNIGHT PHENOMENON BUT RATHER A PRODUCT OF TRAINING.
